Benches Fund for South Ave Park Approved - Pursuant to General Municipal Law, Section 86-C, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Brockport, at the meeting held Monday, March 3, 2008, approved the following expenditure: approximately $1,998 from Capital Reserve #41 (Parks & Playgrounds Reserve) for the purchase of two (2) benches for the South Avenue Park. The expenditure of these funds is subject to Permissive Referendum as Governed by Article 9 of Village Law.
DPW Garage Funds Approved - Pursuant to General Municipal Law, Section 86-C, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Brockport, at the meeting held Tuesday, February 19, 2008, approved the expenditure of approximately $5,720 from Capital Reserve #43 (Building Capital) for the purpose of insulating the truck bay at the DPW Garage. The specific expenditure of these funds is subject to Permissive Referendum as Governed by Article 9 of Village Law.
