DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Due to the recent storm, the Department of Public Works will be conducting a curbside brush pickup beginning Thursday, August 7th and ending Friday, August 8th. There will be only 1 pass down each street and a maximum of 1 truck load of brush per residence. Brush must be at curbside by August 6th.
The next regular curbside brush pickup remains Monday, October 27th for brush placed curbside no sooner than October 25th-26th.
DPW continues its policy of leaving a small dump truck overnight for those who wish to load their own. Anyone wishing to use this service should call the DPW office at 637-1060 during Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm hours. For items other than brush, contact your waste hauler.
